Assessment system

The Editorial Board, in the interests of the journal, will prior order an article on certain issues to some authors.

The articles presented by the authors will be submitted to the Journal Board for the review if the article is compatible with the journal requirements and basic principles.
All the articles received in the Editorial Office for publication, will be sent to two reviewers whose identity is anonymous for the author of the article in both cases whether the article is published or not.

As a reviewer may be selected any specialist (holder of, not less than, the scientific degree of Magister), of the relevant field including a member of the Editorial Board of the journal, based on the prior verbal consent. In case of negative reviews received from reviewers, the article will not be published. If one review is negative and the other positive, the editor-in-chief will decide to publish the article via the consultation with the Editorial Board and the Board members.

The article will be evaluated by a 100-point system.
