Along with the Georgian colleagues, the foreign authors of the Editorial Board of the "Issues of History and Theory of Culture ", are active participants in the formation of the scientific style and shape of the journal. Authors of scientific articles, in some cases, reviewers of the articles to be published are popularizers of the problematics in the field of humanitarian sciences in their countries and scientific centers.
