The “Issues of History and Theory of Culture” is a peer-reviewed, professional and academic journal in which articles are published in Georgian and foreign languages ​​(resume mainly in English). Includes all areas of humanitarian sciences. Together with the introduction of scientific innovations in the field of humanitarian sciences, it aims to popularize Georgian researchers’ works at international level and dissemination of works of foreign scientists in Georgian scientific circles.
The journal “Issues of History and Theory of Culture” is an annual print edition that was founded in 1995. In 1995-2017 it came out only in printed form (№№ 1-31). The publisher is the Chair of History and Theory of Culture (TSU) (1995-2006), Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Center for Israel Studies (TSU) since 2006.
